Not satisfied? No problem! At Chem Mate, we strive to exceed your expectations with our products and service. For that reason, you can return or exchange your purchase for up to seven (7) days from the date your purchase is delivered to you.

All returns must be in their original, unopened box or packaging.

WHAT TO DO

To return an order:

2. Emil mate@chemmate.co.nz with the subject line "Return Request." In the body of the email, you must provide the applicable order number, the particular item and the item you would like to return. Please also include the reason for return*.


3. Within 72 business hours, a Chem Mate customer support agent will provide you with return instructions, and a return label via email when necessary.
Please state if you wish for the item to be collected, or if this will be dropped at your closest Post office. It's that easy!.


4. Once your return is received at our processing center, you will receive a full refund within seven (7) business days along with an email confirmation.


Please note that purchases made with a Promo Code or pursuant to a Promotion are final and are not eligible for return, unless the reason for the return request is for errors or inaccuracies in the order made by Chem Mate. Specialized or custom purchases are also ineligible for return, unless agreed in writing by Chem Mate, in its sole discretion. We do not accept returns for products that are used or expired. *New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold in New Zealand. In the event that goods sold are not of good quality or are faulty, the customer has the right to a replacement or a refund.
