They will likely request photos of the damage to help determine whether the item should be repaired or replaced or if you will need to be refunded. Refunds are either processed via bank transfer or balance is placed onto a Gift card. You will be notified via Email the day your refund is issued and payment may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account. We will process a return if an error has occurred through Chem Mate i.e. faulty product or incorrect product received.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the form of bank transfer, therefore please supply your bank account number and name with the return. Returns must be supplied with original packaging and at the cost of the recipient.
If you have a change of mind about the product ordered, you are welcome to exchange for store credit, but a refund will not be issued in this circumstance.
