DELIVERY POLICY

Free shipping applies only to orders over $49. This will automatically be calculated for you on your order. Standard delivery will be within three-four working days. If, for any reason, we are unable to process your order due to insufficient courier charges being assigned at checkout, we will contact you to arrange additional charges. A redirection fee will apply if the original address Chem Mated by you is incorrect or the courier is unable to get into the address due to gates and buzzers, so please check all your recipient's details to ensure delivery is speedy .

Rural deliveries can take up to 5-6 days additional to standard area delivery dependent on area so please be aware of this additional time frame when ordering.

We also are able to arrange same day, and urgent, point to point, delivery upon request. If you require delivery to different addresses, please make separate orders for each delivery address, or phone (0800 Chem Mate and order with our friendly customer services team.

Please note: all prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars.

A signature is required on delivery (or instructions where goods may be delivered safely).

Chem Mate does not accept responsibility for any goods not signed for on delivery. We regret we cannot accept PO Boxes as a delivery address .Work addresses are fine but please state delivery hours and all necessary information such as building number, level or office name.

For orders to more than one destination, a freight charge will apply per delivery address. We will advise total freight charges on confirmation of your order.

If by any chance one of the products is out of stock, Chem Mate will replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value. We will endeavour to contact you before the item is sent, however to keep within our tight shipping time frames, if no response is heard we will process this order.

Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM, excluding public holidays). Your parcel should arrive within 3-4 working days. If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within two business days. Orders travelling within the North Island are generally delivered in 1-2 days and orders for the South Island are generally delivered in 2-4 days. Any orders being delivered to rural addresses can take up to 5-6 days due to infrequent schedules of Rural Couriers –on all parcels we cannot guarantee the exact day or time of a delivery.

If you haven’t received your parcel within 4 days (6 days rural) please contact us.

Couriers can sometimes experience difficulties in delivering to apartments or gated areas because 1) there is no safe place to leave deliveries when no one is home; 2) some apartments are security coded and access to these buildings is difficult. Please ensure that someone will be home to receive your order, or consider sending the delivery to a work address. Redirection charges will apply if the courier has to return to that apartment again to deliver the order.

Please be aware that at peak times (e.g. Christmas etc.) deliveries may take slightly longer due to the volume of freight moving around New Zealand. Our recommended cut off dates to order by for delivery before Christmas would be: South Island – 17 December; North Island – 19 December; Auckland – 22 December.

We do not freight products internationally... YET!! The more we hear about this, the more we will work to make it happen, so let us know!
