Description:
“Saniquats” is a quaternary ammonium compound sanitizer for use in the food processing and dairy industries.
Method of Use:
- Clean the soiled surface thoroughly and rinse with water.
- Apply “Saniquats” by immersion, spray or hand scrubbing, preferably with hot water. Allowed to dwell for at least 10 minutes, but not dry out.
- Rinse off with potable water. May be used in 2% L in “no rinse” situation.
Disinfecting food processing, serving, eating, dispensing equipment - 2 mls “Saniquats” per litre of water. Disinfecting of hard, non-porous surfaces 5 mls “Saniquats” per litre of water. No rinse sanitising in the fishing industry use at a dilution of 2 mls per litre of water to obtain 200 ppm QAC active ingredient and allow to drain.
